1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into between Hjemmeside.gl (hereinafter "we", "us" or "the provider") and the customer (hereinafter "the customer" or "you") regarding the delivery of web development, web design, hosting and related digital services.
By entering into an agreement with us, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

3.1 Quotes
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the quote date
- Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer
- Changes in the project scope may result in price adjustments
3.2 Agreement
A binding agreement is considered entered into when:
- The customer accepts the quote in writing
- The customer pays the first invoice
- We begin work at the customer's request
4. Pricing and payment
4.1 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in DKK and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
- No Danish VAT is added for Greenlandic companies
- We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of significant currency fluctuations
4.2 Payment terms
Interest is charged on late payments. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend services.

5. Delivery and deadlines
5.1 Delivery time
- Estimated delivery times are indicative
- Delivery time depends on the customer's delivery of materials
- Delays from the customer's side extend the delivery time
5.2 Customer obligations
The customer is responsible for timely delivery of:
- Text, images and other content
- Logo and design materials
- Access to existing systems
- Feedback and approvals
6. Changes and additional work
- Changes to the agreed project scope require written agreement
- Additional work is invoiced based on time spent at our current hourly rates
- We inform the customer if changes result in significant price changes
7. Rights and ownership
7.1 Customer rights
- Upon full payment, all rights to the finished product are transferred
- Full usage rights to design, code and content developed specifically for the project
7.2 Provider rights
- We reserve the right to use generic code in other projects
- We may reference the project in our portfolio
- Until full payment, all rights remain with us
7.3 Third-party licenses
The project may contain software or components with separate license terms (e.g., open source). The customer is responsible for complying with these terms.
8. Hosting and subscription services
8.1 Hosting agreements
- Hosting agreements run from the effective date
- The agreement is automatically renewed unless terminated
- Termination must be made with at least 30 days notice
8.2 Service Level Agreement (SLA)
9. Support and maintenance
- Bug fixes in delivered work are included for 30 days after launch
- Support beyond bug fixes is invoiced based on time spent
- We recommend a service agreement for ongoing maintenance and updates
10. Liability and disclaimer
10.1 Limitation of liability
- Liability for damages is limited to the amount paid
- Not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages
- Not liable for force majeure
10.2 Customer liability
The customer is responsible for:
- Rights to delivered materials
- Ensuring content complies with legislation
- Backup of own data
- Secure storage of login credentials
11. Confidentiality
- Both parties commit to treating confidential information with discretion
- Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without consent
- The confidentiality obligation also applies after the agreement ends
12. Termination
12.1 Project agreements
- The customer may terminate with payment for work performed
- Upon termination, time spent plus 25% of the remaining sum is invoiced
12.2 Ongoing agreements
- May be terminated with 30 days notice at the end of a month
- Already paid services are not refunded
13. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill the agreement if it is due to circumstances beyond the party's control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, strikes, lockouts, fire, power outages or failures at subcontractors.
14. Disputes and choice of law
- These terms are subject to Danish/Greenlandic law
- Disputes are sought resolved through negotiation
- If negotiation does not lead to agreement, the dispute is decided by Danish courts
15. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. In case of significant changes, we inform existing customers with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
